For Reflective Entertainment Only (Adults 18+): All palm analyses, line tracings, natal chart calculations, and interpretive reports generated by Veyra are provided strictly for personal reflection, creative exploration, and entertainment purposes. Veyra does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, investment, or legal advice, and nothing in a Veyra report should be relied upon to make health, relationship, career, financial, or legal decisions.
1. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to access and use Veyra. By starting a reading, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Nature of AI & Symbolic Readings
- Symbolic Interpretation: Palmistry (chiromancy) and astrology are traditional symbolic frameworks—not empirical sciences capable of predicting future events or diagnosing physical or mental conditions.
- Automated Vision & AI Generation: Veyra uses computer vision and large language models (Google Gemini) to trace visible palm creases and synthesize astrological placements. Lighting, camera angles, and image compression can affect line detection, and Veyra explicitly surfaces confidence scores and uncertainties rather than guaranteeing absolute accuracy.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
When using Veyra, you agree that you will:
- Only capture or upload photographs of your own palm (or a palm for which you have explicit permission).
- Not upload unlawful, harmful, or sensitive personal images unrelated to a palm scan.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse Veyra's API endpoints.
4. Intellectual Property
The Veyra brand, visual design, custom illustrations, ephemeris pipelines, and software code are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are welcome to save and share your personal Veyra reading for non-commercial personal use.
5. Limitation of Liability
Veyra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veyra and its creators shall not be liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes taken by you in connection with the interpretive content of a reading.
